GENERAL:

✦ I may decline and cancel a commission at any time. If canceled, you will be refunded.

CLIENT-BASED:
✦ Read through the Terms & Conditions.
✦ The client must provide a clear description of what they want. This includes references of background, poses, theme and what feeling you want the drawing to be, any sort of context you think is helpful, etc..
✦ The client must provide a clear reference photo of the character. You may send multiple images of the character, as long as it provides a clear side and back view of them.
✦ The client is responsible for providing accurate references, spelling, design details, and specifications prior to sketch. Errors discovered after approval may require a paid revision.
✦ Any commission communication will remain inside Discord DMs until the final delivery.
✦ Any requests to place an order will be redirected to Discord prior to sketch.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
✦ Payment methods I allow are 50 / 50 (half upfront, half after the sketch is approved) and paying full upfront before any work begins.
✦ Chargebacks will be treated as a contract violation and may result in blacklisting.
✦ For robux payment, the prices are including tax.

PROCESS:
✦ A sketch will be sent for approval before continuing the commission.
✦ Flat colors will be sent for approval before continuing the commission.
✦ Updates will be sent regularly throughout the making. During the sketch / lineart phase, you are allowed to make revisions here with no cost. After that, any revisions that are major will be charged.
✦ If there is a deadline, it must be stated before the sketch phase.
✦ If there is a deadline, you will be informed as soon as possible if there is a delay.

REVISION:
✦ Minor revisions include the following (usually included if requested at the correct stage: minor color tweaks, small accessory edits, subtle lighting adjustments, small expression adjustions, slight proportion fixes.
✦ Major revisions include the following (additional fee of +10-15% or denied if too late): pose changes, outfit redesigns, character swaps, adding / removing characters. Full lighting change, composition change, scene replacement.
✦ Once rendering begins, major revisions are not allowed.

REFUNDS:
✦ A full refund will be given before work begins.
✦ A partial refund is possible during the sketching and lineart stage.
✦ After flat colors are approved, a refund will be given under limited refund eligibility.
✦ Once rendering begins, refunds are no longer available except in cases where I fully cannot work on it. If so, a full refund will be given.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE:
✦ I have all rights to the commissioned artwork.
✦ I have the right to post the commissioned artwork unless stated not to.
✦ The final delivery is for your personal use only, unless it is a thumbnail.
✦ You do not have the right to use my art for AI and NFT, claim it is yours, remove my signature, and color in my sketch and lineart.
✦ Credit is heavily appreciated.
